ApSHA.org is intended for the primary use of exchanging private-party property and services in the general community. ApSHA.org is merely a forum for buyers and sellers to meet. ApSHA.org makes no guarantees or warranty, expressed or implied, towards any goods offered within this site. All such arrangements are left entirely to the individuals offering their respective property or services. ApSHA.org also does not endorse the goods or services offered by any advertisers whose banners may appear.

Individuals wishing to sell items or services must register. Registration is necessary to provide integrity to the ad placement process. Registering with ApSHA.org ensures ads can only be posted and changed by the owner. Please read the privacy policy regarding the use of information collected during the registration policy. Registration is free and allows members to contact clients who have placed ads and to place ads themselves. Otherwise, only browsing of the ads is possible. In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 , user must be 13 years of age to register as a member on this site.

ApSHA.org reserves the right to remove any ad as deemed necessary by ApSHA.org. Ads containing "offensive" material (as deemed so by the officers of ApSHA.org) are prohibited. ApSHA.org reserves the right to remove any ad containing "offensive" material. The client that posts such "offensive" material forfeits his/her right to a refund for monies paid to post the "offensive" ad. In addition ApSHA.org will not be held liable for any costs incurred by its members due to events beyond our control including, but not limited to, network outages, internet connectivity problems or client-side computer issues. ApSHA.org will not be held responsible for misrepresentation or fraud which has been posed by its members or advertisers.

Notice to potential clients. If you choose to place ONLY a text ad you will not be allowed to reference a website, i.e. you can not enter a website URL for browsers to click and be transported to another website to look at your pictures. However, if you "Upgrade" and add Picture(s), Bolding/Highlighting, or make the ad a "Featured Ad" then you may add a link to your website. If you place a reference to your website in any way without the above "Upgrades" your ad will be edited. For questions or concerns please contact ApSHA.

It is the responsibility of the buyer and seller to ensure any and all transactions comply with all import, export and trade laws as indicated by local, national and international law. agreements.

ApSHA.org will not intentionally release any member information to anyone unless requested by law. Contact information collected during the registration process is used solely to provide a means for interested buyers to contact sellers. All registered users must provide a valid email address so ApSHA.org administrators can validate membership and also make various website notifications. This email address will not be disclosed to outside parties except when chosen by the user or when required by law. Nor will ApSHA.org inundate member's email boxes with information that does not directly pertain to ads placed, website maintenance, or other necessary notifications. ApSHA.org will never ask you for your password. Automated processes are in place for members to recover lost or forgotten passwords. Any request for this information should be considered an attempt to defraud or misuse your ApSHA.org membership.
